I FOUND AN OLD PHOTO  OF MY PARTNER THAT MAKES ME LAUGH THE MOST..

EACH YEAR HE WENT ON HIS HOLIDAYS HE HAD TO GO WITH HIS GRAN.

AND HE DIDN'T LIKE IT ONE LITTLE BIT THIS SIX YEAR OLD RUGBY MAN..

WELL ONE DAY THEY WENT TO THE BEACH LIKE ME AND THE SUN WAS SHINING SO HOT.

SHE DIDN'T WANT MY PARTNER TO GET BURNED ON HIS LITTLE TOP KNOT.

SO SHE WENT TO THE NEAREST BEACHWARE STALL AND BOUGHT HIM THERE AN HAT.

HA-HA JUST LOOK AT WHAT SHE GOT HIM WHEN SHE FINALLY  CAME BACK.

WHEN SHE GAVE ME THIS PICTURE I LAUGHED OUT LOUD AND ROLLED AT HIS GRINNING FACE.

BUT HE ALWAYS TELLS ME NOT TO SHOW ANYONE HE SAYS THAT IT'S A DISGRACE HA-HA.

A LOVELY FEMENINE SUN BONNET PLONKED ON HIS HEAD TO SHADE.

HIS LITTLE TOP KNOT WHILST HE DUG IN THE SAND WITH HIS PLASTIC BUCKET AND SPADE.

WON'T HE BE SUPRIZED TONIGHT WHEN I TELL HIM HE'S GONE OUT ON THE NET.

IN  HIS BEAUTIFUL 1958 SUN BONNET THAT HIS GRANDMA WENT ALONG TO GET   HA-HA.

I CARN'T WAIT TO SEND MY URL OUT TO ALL HIS RUGBY MATES.

I BET THE'LL ALL  BE RINGING HIM  UP SAYING HEY  ? YOU REALY LOOK GREAT.

IN YOUR WIDE BRIMMED SUN BONNET HA-HA  IT WILL BE A BRILLIANT LAUGH.

WELL HE'S LIVED WITH ME THIRTY TWO YEARS NOW SO HE SHOULD KNOW LAUGHING KATH .

HA-HA IV'E GOT ONE UP ON HIM I KNEW THAT I WOULD ONE DAY.

IN FACT I MIGHT JUST MAKE A POSTER AND HANG IT IN MY HALLWAY .

FOR ALL THE NEIGHBOURS TO TELL THEM IF WE GET SOME BEWARE OF THE SUN.  HA-HA

GO OUT AND GET A SUN BONNET LIKE MY PARTNERS FOR SOME FUN. .

He does seem to be enjoying himself.  We'd all be wise to wear those wide brimmed hats on the beach.  You rarely see them anymore, but they do shade the eyes.  Thanks for all the ***BIG SMILES*** today.  'On Ya' - ma

Oh Kath !  The bubble cossy, the rubber shoes, and the sunbonnet, I wore `em all.  And very sensible they were too.  Don't remember much sunblock, just calomine when you got burnt.

I had to jump down and see your bubble cossy.  Yep, you sure did get your partner back big time on this one.  I remember seeing a picture of my uncle (my mother's brother) wearing an extremely feminine bonnet.  We laughed and laughed til we cried.  I can't remember exactly why my grandmother had him dressed that way but it was so funny.  Can't say much, though, because my mother always wore my older brother's clothes on me when I went out to play.  My neighborhood looked like it came right out of a Little Rascals movie.  Love xx Chris
